Simona founded Hubdot eight years ago when she had taken a career break from her banking job, but still wanted to stay connected with like-minded women. And today, Hubdot has become a true launchpad for thinkers, entrepreneurs and storytellers from a diverse range of backgrounds, all of whom believe in the power of community. We talked about the work that they're doing to build bridges, empower and inspire others to follow their dreams and Simona shared her own challenges along the way with staying true to her values.
