Hey there, my wise friends and welcome to Episode 39 of The Collective Wisdom Podcast. This week we're celebrating two very important national days. The first was yesterday, Monday the 18th of October, which is International Menopause Day. And I just like to say a huge thanks once again to Dr. Rebecca Lewis, who so kindly joined me back in Episode 35 and shared her immense wisdom about how to get informed and how to get access to the help you need to have a healthy menopause, including the balance app that was launched by the Newsome clinic, which really gives women the chance to track their symptoms and get the help they need. And this week also marks national Apple Day, Thursday the 21st of October is a very important day for celebrating orchards across the UK and to raise awareness of the environmental impact just to remind people of the importance of orchard fields, and nature to humanity in general. So to celebrate that I have two superstar guests with me this week, Vanessa Rigg, and Keyna Doran, who have together worked tirelessly to save and protect the over 100 year old World's End orchard in Chipping Camden. So find out all about the two of them, their story about orchards and why they matter so much.
