Robin Kramer : How to get out of your own way by helping somebody else

Hey there, my wise friends and welcome to another episode of Collective Wisdom. We are family, that's something today's guest has helped me see right from the get-go. Like me, Robin Kramer is one of four girls. And so perhaps the way we have both grown up has shaped our outlook on the importance of connection and valuing relationships above all else in life. But what Robin has also taught me is that one of the ways we build those relationships is by going the extra mile and asking ourselves in any context, how we can show up and be of service.

 

There's a real shift in energy when you move from internal focus on yourself to thinking outwardly to the people you're connecting with and leaning into empathy. It's a mindset you'll find at the heart of any successful business or project, the small gestures that make all the difference. A little bit of gratitude goes a long, long way. And it's one of the reasons she's such a joy to be around.
